Day 9 of 30...
Time for something refreshing (it's super hot here in SW France) and healthy(ish)
I will admit that I have tried and failed at 'no churn' ice cream recipes, so shifting tactics, I've moved to the more stable frozen yoghurt. And having done this, I'm won over!!! I LOVE THIS!!
So next time you pop to the supermarket, grab a punnet of strawberries, take the stalks off and just pop it in the freezer. Next day take it out.
It goes in the blender.
Add the juice of 1 lemon, either 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar, and 2 pots of fat free yoghurt. Get ready for some noisy blending, it takes a while as the strawberries are as hard as stones!!
Keep blending until smooth.
At this point it is virtually frozen! But for a little more harder, pop it in the freezer for an hour. Voila!
